GEPEX-276-NPR (CFC FREE) Formulated Polyether Polyol

 

Specially developed for use in manufacture of flexible cold cure polyurethane for automotive (two Wheeler Seats)

GEPEX-276-NPR is fully catalysed and water blowing system, which can be used on high or low pressure machine also hand mix.  The above system provide:-

 

- fast curing

- good foam stability/processability in combination with easy foam crushability;

- slow foam reactivity/growing profile particularly suitable for intricate mold, multi-pouring     

   technology and dual hardness technology ( varying the Iso/Pol ratio);

- wide foam load bearing latitude;

- wide foam mold temperature latitude;

- long components (Iso and Pol) chemical stability;

- very good industrial hygiene performance.

PROCESSING CONDITIONS

Polyol may become not homogenous; therefore each drum could need a properly mixing before the use.

Molds must be treated with a proper release agent.
