DESCRIPTION

GEXTER 121 is a saturated polyester polyol which, when used in microcellular elastomer formulations provides good flex resistance and mechanical properties.

STORAGE

GEXTER 121 is slightly hydroscopic and should therefore be stored under cool and dry conditions. Even under these conditions

GEXTER 121 absorbs small quantities of atmospheric moisture. Partially used drums should be properly resealed before keeping for extended storage.

TOXICITY PRECAUTIONS

GEXTER 121 is physiologically harmless.

CAUTION

This product is not particularly dangerous for health. In any case is suggested to observe following precautions:-

To wear appropriate protection for body and eyes

The working room must be ventilated

In case of contact with skin or eyes to wash accurately with clean water and if sprayed on eyes ask for medical intervention.

To absorb eventual losses with sand or sawdust.

Polyurethanes produced from this product may present a fire hazard in certain application if exposed to fire and/or excessive heat and Oxygen e.g. welding and cutting torches.
